Norma B. Lopez is an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of education and experience serving buyers, sellers, investors and landlords across the U.S. Specializing in assisting investors from Spanish-speaking countries.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and International Business, an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and certifications in Paralegal Studies. Reflecting her comprehensive expertise in real estate, property management, accounting, and international business.

Norma is a licensed Broker Associate (#BK3131004) with Realty One Group Sunshine, LLC, and a Real Estate Broker (#BK3576507) with Let’s Go One, LLC d/b/a Property One. She is also a certified Florida Notary Public. Her expertise is further enhanced by numerous Realtor certifications and designations, all of which are highlighted in the accompanying marketing materials.

As a dedicated member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), and National Associate of Realtors (NAR) She is committed to accountability and professionalism. Norma upholds the highest ethical standards set forth by these associations. Additionally, as a property manager, Norma adheres to the rigorous standards of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), ensuring excellence in all aspects of her work.

Norma is a founding member of BNI Champions and is currently the Membership Relationship Specialist.

A current member of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Additionally, she is an adviser assisting individuals and professional members of the Argentine Association of Tampa Bay. Humanitarian assistant to local individuals as well as to foreign organizations that serve underprivileged children.

Personal:

Born in Argentina, Norma came to the U.S. in 1981 for a three-month vacation. While exploring Chicago and meeting new friends, she couldn’t resist the allure of this well-organized, promising land of opportunity. She decided to stay, leaving behind a large family and a long list of friends, with whom she remains in touch to this day.

An accountant in Argentina with basic high school English, Norma returned to university in Chicago to earn her Associate and Accounting degrees. From 1985 to 1993, she served as the School Director for a private vocational school, managed a travel agency, and acted as the international liaison for an offshore manufacturing company with headquarters in Chicago and operations in Mexico.

In 1993, Norma and her family relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, where they have lived ever since. While attending a technical school to become an industrial designer, she took on part-time administrative roles. In 1995, Norma provided managerial, administrative, and sales support for her husband to establish Alpine Tool, a tooling company still operating in Largo.

After 10 years of dedication to Alpine Tool, Norma transitioned to her true passion helping people, creating networks, and making dreams a reality. She became a Realtor, then a Broker, and later a multiple Broker. Along the way, she took a brief hiatus to earn a Paralegal Certification, equipping herself to assist in the battle against short sales and foreclosures.

Norma has been married for 42 years to Mario, her Cuban-born husband. Together, they have a daughter, Soledad, a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, and a granddaughter, Anneliese, who is talented in both music and art. Their family is completed by Rosa, Norma’s 95-year-old mother, who lives with her, as family tradition dictates.

A cancer survivor, an insulin-dependent diabetic, and having undergone multiple surgeries for her well-being, Norma’s professionalism, strength, commitment, compassion, and dedication never waver. She continues to exceed expectations while serving others.
